3. Confirmation of Minutes, Annual General Meeting held on 9^th November 2022.
4. Matters arising from the minutes.
5. Chairman’s Report.
6. Adoption of the Auditors Reports for the year ending 31^st December 2022 and 31^st December 2023. Auditors Reports please review and email your questions to us at manager@westmooringsbythesea.com prior to the meeting so we can confer with the Auditor if necessary.
7. Re-appoint of Auditors.    
8. Update on security.    
9. Any other business.
